FYREX CI® is gazetted by the Department of Primary Industries, Mines Safety Technology Centre and granted with specific approval for use in underground mines. In this regard Fyrex CI® exceeded requirements of the Australian Industry Research and Development Act.
FYREX CI® has been formally acknowledged as meeting Commonwealth Government technical standards by the Department of Innovation, Industry, Science and Research and assigned the registration number R20092453.
